THEOLOGICAL STUDIES
The proposed article touches upon one of the topical issues of comparative religious bioethics – organ transplantation. The emphasis in the work is on the acceptability of voluntary organ transplantation from a living donor. In this perspective, the permissibility of this medical event usually finds understanding and support among religious thinkers. However, it should be noted that specific aspects of transplantology, such as presumption of consent, sale of organs, transplantation from a dead donor diagnosed with brain death, deserve special analysis, and, within the framework of this work, are not subject to consideration. If these problems are not taken into account, it is acceptable to offer a generalized view of the branch of medical science under consideration. Among Orthodox theologians, specialists in Islamic law, experts in Halakha and representatives of Buddhist movements, there is a positive attitude towards voluntary organ transplantation.

КОСТРОМСКАЯ ЕПАРХИЯ: ВЕХИ ИСТОРИИ
The article analyzes the hypothesis known since the XIX century about the existence in the Kostroma Holy Trinity Ipatiev Monastery of a chronicle describing the events of March 14, 1613, when Mikhail Feodorovich Romanov was called to the kingdom in the Ipatiev monastery. It is indicated that at present this hypothesis is not supported by facts, and documents from the monastery archive published in 1832 and 1887 – the first as an excerpt from the monastery chronicle, and the second as a work of an unknown author – are in fact fragments of the famous "Legend of Avraamiy Palitsyn", and the text published in 1832 was supplemented with information from "The New Chronicler" and some minor details.

ЦЕРКОВЬ И ВРЕМЯ
The article examines the history of the former cleric of the Moscow Regional Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, Priest Konstantin Vasiliev. Having deviated into a schism and created another non-canonical group, Vasiliev has consistently gone from a schismatic to a sectarian, and has now retired from active religious activity. The example of the activity of Vasiliev and his followers vividly characterizes the disciplinary-psychological group of church schisms of modern times, often teetering on the verge of mystical sectarianism with obvious signs of mental disorder.
The study refutes the established stereotypes of historiography of state-church relations of the 1960s in relation to the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church on the basis of facts and historical evidence. The analysis of the studies given in historiography shows that secular and ecclesiastical historians who consider the situation that developed in the middle of the twentieth century in parishes consider it from the perspective of their idealistic ideas about a certain "golden time", see it from the standpoint of a literal reading of the open documentary base and the general narrative of state propaganda, which tried to break the will of the clergy, distort his idea of his vocation. Instill a stereotype of handicraft. The examples given of the personalities and activities of the authoritative and charismatic clergy in the USSR during the 1960s allow us to conclude that only thanks to the high authority of the priesthood among the believing people and "non-believers", achieved by meeting the high ideals of their recognition, it was possible to preserve the church organization, as well as open the gates of the Church for many millions of our compatriots who came to The Church in the 1990s.

The problems of the Russian missionary in the late XIX-early XX century in the Land of the Rising Sun are sanctified. ЦЕРКОВЬ И ВРЕМЯ
Priest Pavel Florensky 100-110 years ago visited the Mamontov estate, where the Abramtsevo State Historical, Artistic and Literary Museum-Reserve is now. He performed divine services in the manor church, communicated with the owners' family and their guests, participated in theological, philosophical and other discussions, corresponded with the owner of the estate A.S. Mamontova. In the family of A.S. Mamontova's heirs, oral traditions about the priest Pavel and 4 of his letters have been preserved. According to these sources, the author, a relative of A.S. Mamontova, shows the foresight of the priest Paul, manifested in several cases. The author also identifies two scientific positions of the priest Paul in the cited letters, namely: 1) about the afterlife of babies; 2) about the "spiritual idea" of a populated place on the example of Abramtsevо. The second scientific position of the priest Pavel Florensky is associated with the culturological theoretical position of academician D.S. Likhachev (1979) under the title "ecology of culture". These provisions of the priest Pavel Florensky and D.S. Likhachev are the theoretical justification of the past transfer of state museums located in monasteries to the management of the heads of these monasteries. Such a return of ownership of the Church was made in the Holy Trinity Ipatiev Monastery in Kostroma, the Transfiguration of the Saviour Solovetsky Monastery, etc.. The theory of "spiritual idea" explains why under the management of A.S. Mamontova, who (according to the priest P. Florensky) was the bearer of "idea Abramtsevo", remained a significant cultural center. Then ideas of national significance continued to appear in it. After the arrest of A.S. Mamontova on political charges, the cultural center ceased to exist, and a few years later the museum was closed.
The article analyzes the current state of affairs in the field of conscription of students of higher theological educational institutions for military service. The provisions of the current legislation for deferral from mobilization and deferral from conscription for military service are considered. The authors propose a variant of the integral church position on the issue of postponement from the point of view of the canonical order, traditions of the theological school and legal argumentation. This option can be used during the dialogue of the administration of higher religious educational institutions in the dialogue with the institute of military commissariats in the field.
